Reconstruction and upgrade of over three and a half acres of parking lot. Project consisted of removal and disposal of approximately 12,000 tons of weak shale base. The subgrade was reconstructed using 12,000 tons of stone structural fill. Project also includes drainage upgrades and a new concrete apron installation.
