CCU Coal and Construction, LLC was founded on a core set of values and has been serving the construction and mining industries for more than five decades. We’ve grown by doing what we say we’ll do — showing up with the right equipment, the right crew, and an unwavering commitment to getting the job done safely and on time.
We work across a range of complex project types, from active surface mining operations to large-scale reclamation and civil construction. Our clients come back to us because we treat every project with the same level of seriousness and care — regardless of scope.
What Sets CCU Apart
CCU owns and operates a fleet of more than 150 pieces of equipment, enabling us to handle projects of any scale with efficiency and precision. Our fleet includes 25 D11-class bulldozers, along with D10, D8, and D6 models, all equipped with state-of-the-art GPS technology for enhanced accuracy.
We operate a wide range of excavators, from smaller units to PC2000-class machines, allowing us to meet diverse project demands. Our haul truck fleet features CAT 789 and 777 models, as well as 40-ton articulated trucks to support high-volume material movement.
To support our operations, CCU maintains a comprehensive lineup of auxiliary equipment, including 16G graders with GPS technology and compactors ranging from CAT 563 to CAT 825, capable of meeting any structural fill specification.
